1) Prep nails with included file and prep pad. 2) Warm the strip between your palms to make it flexible. 3) Peel off backing, align with cuticle, and press down one side. 4) Gently stretch to fit your nail shape and press fully. 5) File off excess and expose to sunlight to cure. That's it!
